In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to helslot and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an account on helslot. The 21+ minimum age is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR's responsible gaming regulations for online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• Residency and Location: The helslot Platform is operated under a Philippine gaming license. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of helslot complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or from accessing gaming services.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be voluntarily or compulsorily self-excluded from the helslot Platform or from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming service. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of helslot or of any game provider, payment processor, or technology partner whose services are integrated into the Platform, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

To access real-money gaming services on helslot, you must create an account. The following terms govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations as an account holder:

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) helslot account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. helslot reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly whenever any details change. helslot shall not be liable for any failure to deliver services, process payments, or communicate with you arising from inaccurate or outdated information on file.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helslot login credentials — username, mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify helslot immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. helslot will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Your helslot account is for your personal recreational use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as part of any business arrangement unless explicitly authorized in writing by helslot.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on helslot are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. helslot also accepts USDT TRC20 for crypto-denominated deposits; conversion to PHP wallet balance occurs at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

4.2 Deposit Methods. helslot currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed in the helslot Cashier. helslot reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the helslot Cashier. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PesoNet process within the standard interbank clearing windows. helslot is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. helslot is required to verify the source and identity behind withdrawal requests above regulatory threshold amounts. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. helslot reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Source. In compliance with AML regulations, helslot's default policy is to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically feasible. This is a compliance requirement and not a discretionary restriction.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive — defined as having no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. helslot will notify the account holder at the email or mobile number on record prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players should log into their helslot account regularly to maintain active status.

5.1 Game Availability. helslot offers live casino games, slots, bingo, fishing games, esports betting, and sports betting. The availability of specific games and betting markets may vary by time, region, or regulatory requirement. helslot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game or service.

5.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on helslot — including slots and virtual table games — are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are broadcast from monitored studios. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system or dealer.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on helslot has published minimum and maximum bet limits. Players must not exceed published table or game limits. helslot reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game at any time, including mid-session in exceptional circumstances.

5.4 Technical Interruptions. In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or live stream interruption — helslot will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome of any interrupted round will be governed by the relevant game provider's technical standard and helslot's published game interruption policy. helslot is not liable for losses arising from network failures on the Player's side.

5.5 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds displayed, game malfunctions, or human dealer errors in a live game — helslot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player wallets. A "palpable error" is one that is objectively obvious and not a judgment call about game outcomes.

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses on helslot are available to eligible registered players as specified in each promotion's individual terms. helslot reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, verification status, geographic location, or payment method used.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" requirements) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Players must satisfy these requirements before requesting a withdrawal if a bonus is active in their account.

6.3 Game Contribution. Different games on helslot contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games contribute a lower percentage as specified in promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. helslot actively monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting mathematical errors in promotion terms, hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome while a bonus is active, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and derived winnings voided and may be suspended.

6.5 Modification and Cancellation. helslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including the adjustment of wagering requirements or eligible game lists, with or without prior notice. Players are advised to check current promotion terms in their account before depositing specifically to claim a bonus.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on helslot. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or using false identity documents to circumvent age verification.
• Opening or operating more than one helslot account simultaneously or at different times under the same or different identities.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or game operators to manipulate game results.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to proceeds of crime, fraud, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited by the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related legislation.
• Charging back or reversing a GCash, Maya, or bank deposit after funds have been credited to a helslot wallet and wagered.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward helslot staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's helslot account without authorization.
• Publishing, selling, or otherwise distributing any content, information, or intellectual property belonging to helslot without written permission.

8.1 helslot's Right to Suspend. helslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if helslot reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent or dishonest activity; (c) there is a legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement to do so; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to helslot or to other players.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting helslot's customer support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, and any active bonus amounts will be removed from the account. Verified net-positive balances (real money only, excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method.

8.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an account is closed by helslot due to a Player's breach of these Terms — including fraud, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — helslot reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money deposits, as permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

All content on the helslot Platform — including but not limited to the helslot name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, software code, and any other creative or technical elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of helslot or its respective licensors (including game providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the helslot Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any helslot content in any form or medium without the prior written consent of helslot.

Any unauthorized use of helslot intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The helslot Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. helslot makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or accuracy of any information displayed, including odds and game statistics.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helslot's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their helslot account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 No Liability for Third-Party Failures. helslot shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from: (a) failure of GCash, Maya, bank networks, or any other third-party payment processor; (b) technical failures of game providers; (c) internet connectivity issues on the Player's side; or (d) any force majeure event including acts of God, government actions, or network outages outside helslot's reasonable control.

helslot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how helslot handles your personal data, including the categories of data collected, purposes of processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject, are set out in the helslot Privacy Policy.

By creating an account on helslot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to: registration data, KYC documents, transaction records, gameplay logs, communication records, and device and session data collected for security and anti-fraud purposes.

helslot will not sell your personal data to third parties. helslot may share data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence authorities as required by Philippine law, and with payment processors and game providers as necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

helslot is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. Gaming on helslot is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

12.1 Tools Available to Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all helslot account holders at no cost, accessible through the account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is prevented until the next period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. helslot will display a reminder and allow you to extend or end your session when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from helslot. During a self-exclusion, your account will be deactivated and all marketing communications will cease.

12.2 Age Verification. helslot strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. KYC verification is required before withdrawals and may be requested at any time. Players suspected of being under 21 will have accounts suspended pending verification.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, account actions, or payment processing, Players must first contact the helslot customer support team via the Platform's official support channel. helslot will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 7 business days. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing.

13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through helslot's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which serves as the regulatory body overseeing helslot's operations. PAGCOR's adjudication processes are governed by its own procedural rules.

13.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

helslot reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter Player rights, payment terms, or bonus conditions — helslot will provide advance notice to active Players via email or in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material changes — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor formatting updates — changes may take effect without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated upon each revision.

Your continued use of the helslot Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using helslot and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
